Kintide is a private way to share life updates with the people closest to you. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account holders: your name, email address, password (stored encrypted), optional avatar photo, and the posts and photos you publish.
• Subscribers: your name and mobile phone number, provided by the account holder who invites you, and the status of your subscription.
• Automatically: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) and the cookies required to keep account holders signed in.

How we use information

We use this information only to operate Kintide: sending invitation and post-update text messages, showing posts to the members of a circle, and keeping accounts secure. Kintide has no advertising, and we never sell your information.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that run Kintide on our behalf, such as our SMS delivery and hosting providers, and when required by law. Posts and photos are visible only to the circle they were published to.

Your choices

Subscribers can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by using the unsubscribe link included in every post page. Account holders can contact us to delete their account and its content.
